We have a HICAPS terminal for on-the-spot Extras cover claiming. Bring your health fund card on the day. You pay only the gap — the rebate is claimed instantly.
Medicare rebates are available for chiropractic and osteopathy via a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan — up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year. You pay the full fee at the time of your visit, then claim the rebate from Medicare. Bulk-billing is available for return chiropractic only.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $30 fee. We send a text reminder the day before your appointment as a courtesy — please do not reply to that message.
