Where are you located?

We are at 178–180 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056 — on the corner of Edward Street and Sydney Road, just up from Barkly Square Shopping Centre.

Important: There is another 180 Sydney Road in Coburg — that is not us. We are in Brunswick.

How do I book an appointment?

Online booking is available for all myotherapy and remedial massage patients, all osteopathy patients, and new chiropractic patients. Use the Book Now button above.

Returning chiropractic patients are asked to phone us to schedule: (03) 9388 1233.

How do I pay?

Fees are due at the time of your visit. We accept credit card, EFTPOS and cash. We do not accept AMEX or cryptocurrency.

We have a HICAPS terminal for on-the-spot private health fund claiming. Bring your health fund card on the day.

Can I claim with private health insurance?

Yes — we have HICAPS. Bring your Extras cover card and we will process your rebate on the spot. You pay only the gap. Medicare gap free is not available through private health.

Does Medicare cover chiropractic or osteopathy?

Medicare rebates are available for chiropractic and osteopathy if you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) / Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral from your GP. Up to 5 rebated allied health sessions are available per calendar year.

You pay the full fee at the time of your appointment, then claim the Medicare rebate yourself. A gap applies for CDM/EPC visits — not bulk-billed, except for return chiropractic.

What do I do if I can’t make my appointment?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $30 fee.

We send a text reminder the day before your appointment as a courtesy — please do not reply to that message to cancel; contact the clinic directly instead.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

• Any current scans, X-rays or imaging reports relevant to your condition
• Your health fund card if claiming on the day
• Your GP referral if you have a CDM/EPC plan
• Allow 10 minutes for paperwork — arrive early

How long do consultations take?

• Chiropractic: initial ~45 min, follow-up ~15 min
• Osteopathy: initial ~60 min, follow-up ~30 min
• Myotherapy / remedial massage: initial 45–60 min (occasionally 30); follow-up 30–60 min

Do I need to undress for my examination?

Depending on the area being assessed, you may be asked to undress to your underwear for the physical examination. Gowns and towel draping are provided if required.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
